Step 1: Log in to your account.

Step 2: Go to your order history and find the order you wish to return.

Step 3: Click 'Return' and follow the prompts to complete your request.

 

Please Note:

• You have 14 days to submit a return request.
• Earrings & piercing jewellery are non-returnable for reasons of sanitation and hygiene, unless faulty.
• Handmade/Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their personalised nature, unless they are faulty.
